01

Acceptance and eligibility

By downloading, accessing, or using PostLens, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter this agreement; a parent or guardian must approve use where required.

02

App license

The PostLens app is licensed, not sold, for personal, non-transferable use under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms supplement Apple’s standard EULA. If they conflict, Apple’s EULA controls for the licensed app.

03

What PostLens provides

PostLens helps you select, enhance, compose, plan, and export visual content. Scores, rankings, crop suggestions, captions, and editing suggestions are optional guidance based on visible signals. They are not objective judgments, professional advice, or predictions of likes, reach, engagement, or other results.

PostLens does not connect to social accounts, publish automatically, or guarantee that a platform will accept an export. Destination formats and third-party platform requirements can change.

04

Your photos and submissions

You retain your rights in photos and other content you create. You are responsible for having permission to use, edit, and share that content and for complying with applicable law and third-party platform rules.

When you submit an idea for possible publication, you grant PostLens a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, edit for clarity, and use that idea to operate and improve the feedback board and product. Bug reports, contact messages, reply emails, and diagnostics are not published.

05

PostLens Supporter subscriptions

Supporter is an optional auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription sold through Apple. The App Store shows the localized price, billing period, trial or introductory offer, and renewal terms before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account, and the subscription renews unless canceled in App Store settings before the current period ends.

You can restore eligible purchases through the app. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refund decisions under its policies. When Supporter expires, paid workflows lock, but existing exports and locally saved content are not deleted. Feature availability may depend on device and operating-system support.

06

Acceptable use

You may not misuse PostLens or interfere with its operation. In particular, you may not:

  • Submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or sensitive personal content through feedback forms.
  • Probe, attack, overload, bypass access controls, or disrupt the website, API, or another person’s use.
  • Reverse engineer or redistribute the private app or website code except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Use automated voting, spam, or manipulation to misrepresent public feedback interest.

07

PostLens ownership

PostLens, its design, code, branding, documentation, and original content are owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant rights to the PostLens name, icon, or source code beyond the limited app license.

08

Apple and third-party services

PostLens relies on Apple platform services and Cloudflare infrastructure. Your use of Apple Photos, iCloud, StoreKit, Image Playground, Private Cloud Compute, App Store, and system sharing is also governed by Apple’s applicable terms and privacy policies. Third-party social platforms are independent from PostLens.

09

Availability and changes

PostLens may change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve safety, comply with platform requirements, or maintain the service. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve local saved content and the complete non-generative fallback, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

10

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostLens is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing every edit, caption, crop, reminder, and export before relying on or publishing it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost opportunity, or third-party platform outcomes arising from use of PostLens. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11

Termination

You may stop using PostLens at any time. Access to the website or feedback service may be limited for misuse, security risk, or violation of these terms. Provisions concerning ownership, licenses for published ideas, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination where applicable.

12

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as PostLens changes. Material updates will use a new effective date and, when appropriate, a notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. Questions can be sent through PostLens Support.
